EZ Backfeed & EZ Find Systems
A medical gas EZ Backfeed system is a device used to provide a temporary supply of medical gases, such as oxygen and nitrous oxide, to a hospital or other healthcare facility in the event of a disruption in the main supply. The system is designed to be used as a backup in emergency situations, and it is typically used to supply medical gases to patient care areas and other critical areas of the facility.
The medical gas EZ Backfeed system typically consists of a portable cylinder or cylinders of medical gas, as well as a regulator and other components that are used to control the flow and pressure of the gas. The system is connected to the facility’s medical gas distribution system through an outlet box or other connection point, and it is used to supplement the main supply of medical gases in the event of a disruption.
It is important to use the medical gas EZ Backfeed system according to the manufacturer’s instructions and to follow all safety precautions to prevent gas leaks or other hazards. The system should only be used in emergencies, and it should be properly maintained and inspected to ensure that it is functioning properly.
