Requirements:
Tri-Medical Labor Warranty Re-imbursement Policy Form should be completed before services are performed.
Labor Warranty Re-imbursement:
- $125.00 per hour (includes driving time)
- $0.65 per mile
- Tolls & Parking
- Maximum 300 miles
- There is a maximum on hours too - based on the service work performed (this is determined by the Tech Service Team at Tri-Tech Medical)
- A credit memo will be issued to your account for labor warranty re-imbursements
